Working with me always starts with a free 30 minute Get To Know You call that gives us a chance to get to know each other and figure out what we want to collaborate on together and how. Once you sign up for a call, I’ll send you a quick survey so I can learn more about you and what you’re looking for before we meet.

SCHEDULING 

Once you sign up for a service, I’ll send you Calendly links where you can book your time with me. Please do your best to book with me through those Calendly links. If absolutely none of the times listed on Calendly work for you, or if you have questions about scheduling, please email me at freddy@freddyedelhart.com. Sessions can be booked up to two months in advance. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Each session gets 1 free reschedule if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any session that’s canceled with less than 24 hours notice or that you miss without notice is considered forfeit - I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to rebook you for any missed or late canceled sessions, and will bill you for the full cost of any session I am able to rebook. If you regularly miss or late cancel sessions, I likely won’t be able to continue working with you.

PAYMENT

I do all my intake and invoicing with Inly, and also prefer folks pay for their services via Inly. Payment via Paypal, Venmo, cash, or check is also available on request - please email me if you’d like to pay outside of Inly.
